Welcome to Quant Management Inc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the custom software development services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Quant Management Inc provides bespoke software engineering, CRM development, workflow automation, and related IT consulting services specifically tailored for professional service firms and agencies. The scope, deliverables, and timeline of any project will be defined in a separate mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

2. Client Obligations

To ensure the successful delivery of our services, you agree to:

Provide timely access to necessary systems, data, and personnel.
Respond to feedback requests and approvals within agreed-upon timeframes.
Ensure that any data or materials provided to us do not violate third-party intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees associated with a project, and unless otherwise stated in the SOW, Quant Management Inc grants the client a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the developed custom software for their internal business operations. Quant Management Inc retains the rights to pre-existing code, libraries, and frameworks used to construct the final product.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quant Management Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Florida.
