Refund Policy

Because Quant Management Inc provides highly specialized, bespoke engineering services, our refund policies differ from those of off-the-shelf software providers. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

Service Retainers and Deposits

Initial deposits and project retainers are strictly non-refundable. These funds secure our engineering team's time and initiate the resource-intensive discovery and architectural planning phases of your custom software project.

Milestone Payments

Our projects are typically structured around specific deliverables and milestones (e.g., Wireframing, Beta Deployment, Final Launch). Once a milestone is approved by the client and the associated payment is processed, that payment is non-refundable. If you choose to terminate a project mid-milestone, you will be billed for the pro-rated amount of hours worked up to the termination date.

Software Maintenance and Hosting

For clients enrolled in ongoing maintenance, support, or hosting plans, you may cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle, but you will not be billed for subsequent cycles following the notice period.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been a failure to deliver services as explicitly defined in your Statement of Work, please contact our support team immediately. We are committed to rectifying technical issues. Disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the milestone delivery.
